使用邊界Usage boundaries
照片用途具彈性，可販售、贈送、做活動或品牌曝光；但不得用於違法生意、侵權內容、未授權宣傳、拆解複製或模仿機台。若單張零售價高於建議上限，需先與我們確認。Prints may be sold, gifted, used in events or for brand exposure — but not for unlawful business, infringing content, unauthorised promotion, or copying/imitating the booth. Retail prices above our suggested cap need prior confirmation.

送出場域評估Request a site check
留下店型、位置與想法。不用先看價格表，我們先判斷適不適合。Tell us your venue type, location and idea. No price list first — we assess fit.
場勘與方案確認Site visit & plan
確認擺放位置、網路、電力、動線與客群，決定走首店體驗、駐店授權或短期活動。We confirm placement, network, power, flow and audience, then pick the model.
簽署合作條件Sign the terms
押金、退費、客服回應、緊急斷電、不可抗力、智財權與爭議處理都用書面或 LINE 留下紀錄。Deposit, refunds, response times, outages, force majeure, IP and disputes — all recorded in writing.
進機與安裝Install
我方到場安裝、連線測試與試印，並教一次基本照看方式。We install on site, test connectivity, run test prints and walk you through basic oversight.
上線營運Go live
客人現場拍照、套風格、列印。日常問題走 LINE，我們遠端排查。Customers shoot, style and print. Day-to-day issues go through LINE; we diagnose remotely.
維護與回報Maintain & report
補相紙、更新與故障處理由我方負責；依方案回報用量與設備狀態。We restock paper, push updates and handle faults, reporting usage and status per your plan.

價格不在官網公開，但每個合作都有明文合約，押金、退費、客服回應、緊急斷電、不可抗力、智財權與爭議處理都寫清楚。營運主體與發票資訊見服務條款。制度升級時，既有合作以同等或更好條件銜接。Prices are not published, but every partnership has a written agreement covering deposit, refunds, response times, outages, force majeure, IP and disputes. Operator and invoicing details are in the Terms of Service. If our terms improve, existing partners move to equal or better conditions.

可連線的網路、一張桌面位置與電力，以及基本照看。機台、相紙與耗材、維護與客服都由我們負責，店家不用學修機器、也不用進貨。A working network connection, a table-top spot, power, and basic oversight. Booth, paper, consumables, maintenance and support are all ours — no repairs and no stock to order.
拍貼是天然的打卡與社群分享素材。相框可以放上店名與主題，客人拍完帶走一張印著你店裡的照片，等於把店帶回家、還會往社群擴散，是相當直接又不用一直下廣告的宣傳方式。Photo prints are natural share material. With your shop name on the frame, every customer leaves holding your venue — and often posts it. It promotes the shop without ad spend.
駐店服務範圍涵蓋台灣西部北部、中部與南部。其他地區可洽短期活動或預先排程，我們會誠實告知能不能到。Placement covers northern, central and southern west Taiwan. Elsewhere we can discuss short-term events or advance scheduling — and we will tell you honestly if we cannot reach you.
每種場域的人流、坪效與活動節奏差異很大，制式價目表容易讓雙方都誤判。我們採接洽評估制，先看店型與位置再談條件，對店家比較公平。Footfall and rhythm vary hugely between venues, and a fixed list makes both sides misjudge. We assess your venue first, then agree terms — fairer for you.
可以，採小時或單日計價，不採抽成。需先確認電力、網路、遮雨與動線安全。Yes — by the hour or by the day, with no revenue share. We confirm power, network, rain cover and traffic flow first.
故障、補相紙與更新主要由我方處理，店家不用學修機器。可透過 LINE 通報，我們遠端排查，必要時到場維修或換機。Faults, paper and updates are handled by us. Report it on LINE; we diagnose remotely and come out to repair or swap the unit if needed.
